Please fill in the information in the form below. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom to email your request to us. The "Clear Form" button will clear all you have typed so you can start over.

We require a minimum of four weeks advanced notice to try to schedule a program. Our ability to offer programs is based on naturalist availability. After we receive your request, we will post your request to our naturalists. Once we know whether or not we can accommodate your group, you will be notified. During busy months, we may not be able to fill all requests. You do not need to call or email to confirm that your request was received by us. You will receive an email within a week of submitting your request form letting you know that we are working on your request.

Please respect regulations which are designed to protect the land and its visitors. Make every effort to minimize the impacts of your visit and please familiarize yourself and your group with Open Space and Mountain Parks rules and regulations before your trip. We ask that you leave all dogs at home.
